Associate attorney position at a civil litigation, trusts and estate firm. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and eager to learn and will be given the opportunity to manage a case load with a dedicated legal assistant under the guidance of a supervising attorney. Open to newly licensed attorneys and associates from varying background. Salary commensurate with experience.
The ideal candidate has experience in the following categories:
- Motion/hearing practice
- Discovery practice
- Jaws/efile system
The position includes paid time off and flexible schedule. The associate will be provided with supervision and the opportunity to manage a growing case load. The firm currently handles Probate, Probate Litigation, Trust Litigation, Trust Administration, Real Estate disputes and insurance claims.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
