Associate, Retail Advisory Services

Job Summary

Candidate will be trained and work directly with one of our brokers learning the nuances of the industry and providing support in our efforts to develop new business within given Brokerage business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed financial models and other analyses for transactions of varying complexity to support the negotiation of leases, including NPV cash flows; may assist in performing complex financial analyses
  • Collaborate with research & marketing team(s) on business development opportunities and market research. Including:
  • Develop and maintain target lists for new business development
  • Sourcing X-Ray data on prospective accounts
  • Drafting Requests for Proposals, reports, and presentations
  • Support brokers in the following functions, as requested:
  • Provide relevant market information to clients and team members
  • Evaluate client building alternatives and lease options on qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Gather and evaluate real estate market and property data
  • Work closely with brokers to communicate thoughtful viable solutions to complex client driven requirements
  • Manage the brokerage team’s:
  • Prospect List
  • Tenants in the Market List
  • Industry Events
  • Plan and attend various industry networking events in coordination with Brokers, or at times on their behalf.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

 

Education/training

  • Bachelor’s degree

 

Years of relevant experience

  • 2-5 years
  • Project Management
  • Business to business sales experience
  • Real Estate preferred

 

Skills and knowledge

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Financial/analytical skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Verbal/Written Communication skills
  • Procalc
  • Argus
