We’re a large, reputable firm that advises, originates, structures and places debt and equity transactions for owners and investors of every type of commercial real estate asset. We’re adding an Associate to our Debt Division that’ll focus exclusively on the placement of debt and/or equity for commercial real estate transactions.
What You Will Be Doing
– Responsible for complex financial modeling of commercial real estate transactions and underwriting transactions
– Preparing debt and/or equity offering memorandums for commercial real estate transactions
– Managing the due diligence process and be the driving force in working through the marketing and closing processes for each transaction

What You Need for this Position
– 3+ years of experience originating debt/equity in the commercial real estate industry
– Strong financial modeling and financial analysis skills
– Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing and communication skills
– Proficient in Excel (Argus is a plus)
