Job Summary |
The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral role supporting Raymond James recruiting function, and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. The Coordinator supports Talent Acquisition, with responsibility for timely and accurate daily production of interview coordination for candidates, and pre-employment transaction processing for new hires. This position will require you to develop an understanding of the firms recruiting processes for candidate management, benefits, relocation, company policy administrations, and other related activities in support of Talent Acquisition. |
Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
• Partner with Talent Advisors to deliver a consistent staffing process to our clients, candidates and HR partners.• Ownership of the full staffing process including being an expert in Raymond James ATS (Taleo) and all steps/statuses. This will include supporting all administrative recruiting functions including creating requisitions, sending correspondence, scheduling, tracking candidates, retrieving data and keeping Talent Advisors responsible for maintaining the integrity of the system on all open requisitions. Including adding notes in the system when reaching out to candidates for scheduling and updates• Post all open positions on various sites including RJ Careersite, LinkedIn, state agencies and other job boards.• Create and send out all offer letter after receiving approval from Talent Advisor – Obtain approvals from HR VP prior to sending out offer letters• Own the full Onboarding process; including flawless execution with all education, employment, and background checks in conjunction with outside vendor• Handle all processing only requisitions for strategic hires including branch hires• Innovate and drive improvements to the staffing process; create and embrace change• Maintain a consistent professional image that mirrors the Raymond James brand for Talent Acquisition• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed• Performing work in compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunity and company policy per management direction. |
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |
Knowledge of• Basic office practices, procedures and methods.• Basic mathematical calculations.• Key internal and/or external contacts to request assistance from or utilize expertise. |
Skill in• Organizational and time management skills sufficient to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.• Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, electronic communication and maintain spreadsheets and databases. |

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements |
• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years administrative support experience• BA or BS degree with 1+ year relevant working experience within HR preferred• OR ~• An equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training. |
