The Associate of Design and Real Estate Acquisition for Trulieve will be responsible for all duties required to expand dispensary locations and maintain the structural integrity of those locations once operational.
- Work with real estate brokers to identify potential dispensary locations.
- Work with in-house counsel to negotiate the terms of a lease or purchase purchase contract.
- Verify zoning requirements and manage the entitlement process with consultants and local municipalities.
- Coordinate with architects to create a customized floor plan for each dispensary and ensure the design is consistent with Trulieve’s brand standards.
- Track the progress of the general contractor doing tenant improvements
- Coordinate capital improvement projects once the dispensary is operational
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements: Located in Clearwater, FL
Bachelor’s degree required
Flexibility of hours
Significant travel required throughout Florida – 5 days a week
Organized, responsible and flexible in a fast-paced environment
