VIESTE, LLC is looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our growing organization!

The Associate Project Manager assists in the delivery of projects to successful completion in alignment with strategic and operational goals through planning, coordinating, and managing enterprise resources to achieve desired project outcomes.

The successful candidate for this position will be primarily responsible for:

  • Assists Client Services Director(s) throughout the lifecycle of a project by monitoring, tracking, and expediting deliverables.
  • Liaise with Client Services Director(s) and project team to maintain project schedule and budget.
  • Develops and communicates project plan, dependencies, and status updates highlighting any potential issues, including schedule, resource, cost, and risks; manages to project plan effectively.
  • Conduct project meetings to communicate individual roles, project expectations, and ensure that all project team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively.
  • Executes project scoping and scope management planning; manages scope appropriately.
  • Documents, reviews, and ensures that all quality and change control standards are met.
  • Identify, define, and take action to mitigate project risks in a timely and effective manner.
  • Works collaboratively with project team to analyze data and create executive reports, presentations, etc. to communicate information to clients.
  • Drives other project management duties as delegated.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ Years of related professional experience supporting projects, programs, or major initiatives.
  • Organized, detail oriented, and excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Adept in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to adapt to new working methods and technological advances.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • CAPM certification, preferred.

This is a full-time, hybrid position with compensation depending on experience. This incumbent must live in the SWFL area and commute 2-3 days to our Bonita Springs, FL office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
