Hyland Software’s OnBase Capture team located in Tampa, FL is currently recruiting for an Associate Solution Consultant. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the computer software industry implementing client solutions. Prior customer interfacing experience preferred along with VBScript. A completed degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Hyland is open to training the right candidate. The following items are considered a plus: Previous knowledge of Insurance, OnBase Capture, ECM, Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable. Position Responsibilities:
- Assist as a technical services resource for installation engagements
- Understand the client’s need and create the solution vision
- Provide business and technical analysis
- Participate in requests for services
- Implement solutions based on the document business discovery
- Develop effective installation methodologies
- Assist in the identification and document best practices and challenges associated with configuring OnBase® solutions
- Proactively support services engagements, prioritizing projects by revenue and projected scheduling dates within a group setting
- Shadow our team to strengthen the ability to quote capture opportunities and effectively estimate and manage project work to ensure completion in a timely manner
- Ensure all solutions are developed and documented in a manner that allows for ease of maintenance by customers, partners, and Hyland’s technical support
- Contribute to the development of the OnBase product by providing feedback on product opportunities and deficiencies
- Assist in the engagement of Hyland Professional Services to transfer knowledge, articulate solution vision, or identify potential issues in the creation of estimates or contracts for forecasted opportunities and new customers for everything outside of capture
- Works with development to ensure alignment between OnBase products that enable Capture, including but not limited to forms, business process automation modules (EIS and Workflow), and other related complimentary modules
Desired Skills and Experience
- Required Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have experience working within the computer software industry implementing solutions (Insurance industry, A/P or A/R experience is a plus)
- Computer Science or related MIS degree
- Internship experience within the software, insurance or healthcare industry
- VBScript experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience managing, documenting and deploying a software solution
- Prior Software Installation experience
- Practical experience translating functional requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with technologies such as HTML, XML, databases, and VB /Java Scripting
Experience Pluses (not required):
- Understanding of the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Market
- Understanding of the Capture Market
