 Asst. Community Manager – 67

Lakeshore Management Inc. is a National Mobile Home operator in 12 states that is seeking motivated, hardworking and career minded individuals to join our great team of professionals. Lakeshore is a dynamic, fast-growing company that has been in business since 1998 and has seen 65% growth in the past 10 years. We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to assist in all phases of the operation of the property. General administration, Maintenance, Leasing Resident Relations, collection of rent, and control of all personnel and resources so property is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation.

Looking for a candidate that is outgoing and energetic, Strong Customer Service skills, able to communicate and work with well in a team environment. Likes to work outdoors assisting with rent collections and issuing violations. Able to multitask. Strong sales background and attention to detail with paperwork and reports. Flexible schedule to assist with community events. Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities, Requirements and Skills:

    • Collect rents and work delinquent accounts
    • Make rent deposits; Post rent payments
    • Knowledge of collection process given a daily tasking.
    • Process invoices for payment
    • Maintain records, reports and files
    • Assist in eviction in rent agreement violation cases
    • Process utility reads
    • Prepare and process leases and related forms
    • Resolve Customer and public complaints
    • Assist in planning resident activities
    • Move in/Move outs giving special attention to mobile home inspections prior to move in
    • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
    • 3 years of related management experience in retail, hospitality or property management preferred
    • Knowledge of computer systems is a must. Proficiency in rent management based software
    • It is expected and required all business practices are conducted in accordance with company policy and procedure.
    • Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays, and able to adapt in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
    • To adhere to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing and management maintenance service.
