About the role: Bay 3 Community Member Liason
Bay 3 is an inspired and flexible co-working environment offering memberships, dedicated desks and private offices inside Armature Works. Bay 3 offers an array of amenities with cutting-edge contemporary design and AV technology to create an energized work environment for entrepreneurs, freelancers, startups and out-of-town business professionals. Located on the second floor of Armature Works, Bay 3 is made up of 11,000 SQ-FT and has vast communal areas with unobstructed views of the Hillsborough River.
A Community Associate is the primary point of contact for the member community and acts as the “face” of Bay 3. They are also the liaison between the community members and management team.
Goals and Objectives:
Illustrate Bay 3 and Armature Works core values and strive to achieve a creative and cohesive workplace.
Support the Community Management team to achieve the following:
Create a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst our members through events and building relationships between members
Ensure that all Bay 3 processes are running smoothly
Drive growth and promotion of Bay 3-provided service offerings
Take direction from the Management team to support the members and AW team as necessary
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greeting all current and potential clients coming into Bay 3.
Be the first and last point of contact for all interactions for Bay 3
Cover the front desk during business hours
Greet and check-in member guests
Greet people who come in for tours, track walk-ins, schedule tours, and send confirmation emails
Prepare and distribute promotional materials to guests/potential members
Answer “walk-up” member and guest questions or refer inquirer to additional resources
Enforce Bay 3 policies and procedures.
Membership Management
Work on community initiatives designed to develop connections between members, including member introductions, event support, email and print communications
Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community
Events and Conference Room Management
Assist with set-up and breakdown of events, conference rooms and caterings: including ordering food and beverages
Building Operations and Management
Assist with move-ins and move-outs; prepare and distribute member welcome packets
Work together with building operations and maintenance to ensure highest level of member experience
Manage key FOB activations and membership portal access.
Ensuring the building and amenities station is clean and well stocked
Ordering supplies and consumables
Mail and Package responsibilities as needed
Identify issues for escalation to the Community Manager in order to document accordingly
Experience and Requirements
Self-starter with an outgoing personality
Customer service, hospitality, and/or sales experience required
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
Passion for helping others and creating a fun, interactive environment
Passion and understanding for Bay 3’s mission and values
Possesses basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. (excel, word, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
