International company located near Tampa Airport is looking for a Benefits Analyst that will be responsible for maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s benefit plans and processes. They will participate in the management of the annual benefits budget, benefit design, open enrollment planning, communication development and implementation. They will provide due diligence and benefit analysis with acquisition and union activities.
They will develop, document, publish and deploy Benefit Administration processes and procedures for presentations, training tools, recruiting and for informing the general employee population.
They will be responsible for compliance with federal and state regulations regarding benefits administration to include: ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, Section 125, HIPAA, SOX, HCR and others as applicable and will continually be well informed of changes in laws, regulations and court precedents affecting the administration of the benefit plans.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Must have at least seven years of related benefits experience
Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in developing, documenting and publishing communication materials in multiple formats. i.e.; booklets, newsletters, presentations.
Proven experience working in fast-paced, demanding environment and building relationships with HR Business Partners, Corporate Management and Benefit Vendors.
