International company located near Tampa Airport is looking for a Benefits Analyst that will be responsible for financial analysis of claims, administration, participation, eligibility and enrollment for 401(k), and health and welfare plans. They will be responsible for compliance with federal and state regulations regarding benefits administration to include: ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, Section 125, HIPAA, SOX, HCR and others as applicable and will continually be well informed of changes in laws, regulations and court precedents affecting the administration of the benefit plans.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred and they must have at least seven years of related benefits experience. Experience working with union negotiations and acquisitions is preferred.
Proven experience working in fast-paced, demanding environment and building relationships with HR Business Partners, Corporate Management and Benefit Vendors.

Target base compensation is $65K – $75K. While there is no formal relocation for this position, my client would be able to negotiate some relocation assistance for the right candidate.
