Benefits / HRIS Analyst
- Hybrid Role , 2 days a week on site St Petersburg, FL, 3 days a week remote

RedStream Technology is recruiting for a Benefits / HRIS Analyst to provide analytical, technical, and coordination support to the employee benefits enrollment system.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key business contact for business as usual (BAU), project work/change requests (CRs), testing, and escalated issues.
- managing updates related to benefits plan changes.
- Help identify opportunities for improvement and develop/implement enhancements on existing processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability for the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-2 years of HRIS administration & reporting in SAP, Oracle, or similar system.
- Minimum 3-6 years relevant experience with data analysis and general knowledge of employer health and welfare programs.
- Proven, advanced Excel skills including macros.
- Superb analytical skills and problem-solving ability, intellectual curiosity, resourceful, ability to learn new concepts.
- Personal initiative with the ability to identify gaps and develop solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks with demanding deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
