Full Job Description
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our senior apartment community in Tampa, Florida. This a full time position with only 4 days per week (36 hours). The schedule is Monday through Thursday 8AM – 5PM.
We need a bilingual candidate that can speak fluent English and Spanish. Experience in affordable housing, leasing and property management needed. Knowledge of OneSite Leasing software a plus!
Essential job duties include:
- Perform various general office duties such as answering phones calls, filing, and delivering notices
- Accurately quote rental rates, available sizes, location, and amenities
- Maintain accurate waitlist logs related to for applicants.
- Assist management with various tasks, in particular executing leases and completing move-in inspections.
- Enter daily work orders for Maintenance Department
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining and sorting incoming invoices
