Boasso Global is currently seeking a Billing Coordinator for the Tampa headquarters. This position is responsible for monitoring billing to ensure accuracy and consistent formatting of invoices.
Essential Functions:
- Timely and accurately processing of invoices and driver pay within TMW application. Includes comparing customer contracts to driver’s paperwork to dispatched order.
- Investigate and Implement corrective action to disputed invoices.
- Research Transportation contracts, Identify short-pay trends, and adjust master orders.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Minimum education/experience necessary to perform the job:
- High School Education
- Min – 2 Years related experience
- Experience with meeting deadlines
Minimum special knowledge and skills required:
- Ability to become familiar with Transportation documents
- Basic computer skills
