Billing Specialist-
Seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to join the team of a large company in the Tampa area. This position will be a consulting role with the possibility of extension or permanency.
Job Duties-
- Perform duties to support the full billing cycle; to include reviewing and editing proformas and seeking requisite approvals for deferrals, write offs, and time transfers
- Field all billing inquiries
- Gather and submit accrual information based on client requirements
- Research and resolve electronic billing rejections
- Maintain an accurate description of all client billing requirements; update and track changes to requirements as necessary
- Track and resolve billing tickets as assigned by the accounting service desk
- Finalize invoices and submit directly to the client per policy; assist with other billing duties as needed

Pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
