What you’ll be doing:
- Engaging in all aspects of multifamily real estate, with potential to be deployed across multiple Trustwork Nation businesses
- Participating in multiple rotations in a wide range of functions including sales, tech, finance, HR and management
- Receiving interdisciplinary training, personalized coaching
- Interacting with residents, teammates, and senior executives
What you must have:
- A bachelor’s degree
- Strong team player and a selfless mentality
- A bias toward action
- Good business sense
- Hustle and grit
- Organizational management

- Finance or accounting skills
- Marketing experience
- Experience in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment
