Company:
We are local division of a large National Real Estate Developer.
Job Responsibilities:
* Maintain accounts payable system. Prepare purchase orders, code invoices, enter invoices, and prepare vendor checks.
* Enter journal entries.
* General accounting/bookkeeping.
* Maintain contract files.
* General office administrative tasks.
* Maintains historical records by filing documents.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Great Plains Software experience is a plus, Microsoft Word and Excel, Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness. Experience in real estate development or home building is not necessary but a plus.
