Well established manufacturing company seeking Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team and be responsible for maintaining the daily administrative & accounting activities of our growing company. Primary responsibilities will be bookkeeping/accounting with some HR duties that include 401(k) Plan Admin, Insurance, and vacation/attendance records.
Hours are flexible.
Responsibilities:
- All AR/AP Posting
- Process AP weekly check run/ACH payments
- Manage all banking transactions and account balances
- Weekly/Monthly Journal Entries
- Generate Monthly Financial Statements
- Prepare and pay required Sales Tax
- AR Follow Up
- Manage and process weekly payroll with 3rd party payroll company
- Maintain General Ledger
- Knowledge of Fixes Asset accounts
Qualifications:
- Min 5 years experience bookkeeping/accounting in manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of manufacturing ERP and accounting software
- Strong background in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive Attitude, Integrity, and sense of urgency
