Well established manufacturing company seeking Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team and be responsible for maintaining the daily administrative & accounting activities of our growing company. Primary responsibilities will be bookkeeping/accounting with some HR duties that include 401(k) Plan Admin, Insurance, and vacation/attendance records.

Hours are flexible.

Responsibilities:

  • All AR/AP Posting
  • Process AP weekly check run/ACH payments
  • Manage all banking transactions and account balances
  • Weekly/Monthly Journal Entries
  • Generate Monthly Financial Statements
  • Prepare and pay required Sales Tax
  • AR Follow Up
  • Manage and process weekly payroll with 3rd party payroll company
  • Maintain General Ledger
  • Knowledge of Fixes Asset accounts

Qualifications:

  • Min 5 years experience bookkeeping/accounting in manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of manufacturing ERP and accounting software
  • Strong background in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Positive Attitude, Integrity, and sense of urgency
