Full time bookkeeper is responsible for accounting for multiple small businesses, which requires an ability to juggle several organizational tasks at once. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of general ledger, as well as handling payroll information, and credit card statements. Must have experience in filing sales tax, payroll taxes, and 1099’s.
Must have extensive experience with payroll, financial statements, bank reconciliation, and general bookkeeping. Advanced knowledge with Quickbooks, Quickbooks online, Microsoft Office, and Excel is essential.
The job is extremely hands-on and detailed oriented. This involves several clients preparing after the fact bookkeeping. Not responsible for invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable. Strictly data entry bookkeeping.
This position can be a work from home opportunity with in office work one day a week.
