Full Job Description
Privately owned real estate investment firm seeking an experienced individual that has bookkeeping and property management experience. A minimum of 5 years working with QuickBooks a must.
MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
· QuickBooks proficiency
· Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Programs, experience with Rent Manager a plus
· Excellent communication skills and upbeat attitude
· Excellent phone skills, a real self-starter and takes initiative
· Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong customer service skills and mindset
· Excellent planning and prioritization skills
DUTIES INCLUDE but not limited to:
· Office and accounting functions
· Answer office phone calls
· Interview prospective tenants, process tenant application and prepare leases
· In office collection of rents, and prepare and make bank deposits
· Schedule and coordinate property maintenance visits with tenants and service personnel
· Assist owners with various administrative duties (write letters, make travel arrangements, etc.)
· Other duties as assigned.
Salary – $42,000+ DOE
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 5:30
A standard background check including criminal and credit will be required.
