SUMMARY OF POSITION:
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Real Estate Branch Managing Broker. Seeking an energetic and motivated Manager to lead and grow our team. The Branch Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the Branch brokerage office, providing leadership and support to sales associates and staff.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
Recruit new and experienced sales associates
Retain existing productive sales associates
Maintain, develop and grow business as it relates to sales and listings
Keep current on Real Estate laws
Train and motivate associates to maintain a winning sales team
Promote ancillary services of the Company
Prepare and organize regular office sales meetings
Manage branch Profit & Loss and budget review
Create and maintain an environment conducive to effective selling and outstanding customer service
Additional Requirements:
Proficient computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Ability to act independently, making sound business decisions
Demonstrate a professional image
Ability to multi-task and work collectively with sales associates
Education and Experience Requirements:
***FLORIDA REAL ESTATE BROKER LICENSE REQUIRED***
Minimum 5 years real estate experience, preferably some as Manager
High school diploma and some college required
