Requirements:
– Must be a licensed broker in the state of Florida
· All applicants MUST HAVE 2+ years of experience
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to share all necessary listing documents and requirements and stay up to date with any changes
· Broker real estate license
· Strong attention to detail
· Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
