Budgetary Accountant Technician, Polk County
Urgent need for an experienced Budgetary Accountant Technician who will have core responsibilities in the budgetary and financial operations of the Polk county territory. The Budgetary Accountant Technician role is a vital role within the company, working to assist by examining estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy and conformance with established procedures, regulations and organizational objectives. Assists in accounting activities such as preparing bank reconciliations, journal vouchers, and other duties. Will monitor areas of the budget by reviewing reports and records to determine if allocated funds have been spent as specified. Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred, budget and financial experience can be substituted for formal education. Bilingual / biliterate preferred. Salary commensurate with experience.
