ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintains and repairs damage to property.
- Performs regular maintenance to: lift stations, street sweeper, paint striper, and maintains fullness of open top trash bins and compactors.
- Assist in upkeep of storage closets and maintenance room.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
- Attend all company required meetings.
- Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Valid Florida Driver’s License and clean driving record to meet insurance requirements
- Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English.
- 2-3 years’ maintenance experience.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in:
- Air-conditioning
- Plumbing
- Painting
- Construction
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
