Contract
We are seeking four (4) Building Access Managers Tampa, FL(2) Broomfield, CO(1) and Tulsa, OK(1) for a 12-month contract (potential to convert to perm.)
Responsibilities:
- Due diligence required to identify property ownership or management, to secure the rights to perform site surveys
- Ultimately negotiate the rights to add buildings to the network and other building access activities as required.
- Function as an integral part of a cross functional team that implements network growth in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage and coordinate appropriate responses to Facilities related problems or (internal) client requests.
