RECRUITING BUILDING ENGINEERS FOR TAMPA BAY AREA We are seeking experienced Building Engineers for our Tampa & St Petersburg areas. As a Building Engineer you will needed to perform a wide variety of general maintenance repairs relating to an assigned portfolio of properties and overall maintenance of building, utility systems and building equipment. Perform routine building inspections, preventive maintenance, installation and repair of water pipes, controls and associated equipment.
