Energetic Executive Business Manager for Interior Design/Real Estate Consultants
Our fast-paced Tampa interior design/real estate consulting firm is seeking to employ a bright, energetic and experienced Executive Business Manager to manage and monitor sales, office processes, and all day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a similar role answering phone calls, processing client orders, performing various administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. This person should also have extensive knowledge of QuickBooks, and will be given a skill test.
Required Qualifications:
– Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint (computer savvy)
– Excellent customer service skills & a positive attitude
– Exceptional organizational skills
– At least 5 years experience in a similar role
– Proficient with Quickbooks a must
– Social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram, Houzz, WordPress, etc.)
– High-Energy! Self Starter! We run a very fast-paced office with priorities shifting throughout the day to make deadlines!
Desired Additional Qualifications:
– College degree (associates or higher)
– Graphic design capabilities
– Real Estate Marketing
