This is a full-time, administrative focused position. We are seeking a driven, dynamic, organized individual to support the company with day-to-day operations. We are looking for someone who can wear many hats and will be a team player.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day office operations: answering phones, greeting guests, assisting staff
  • Assisting with Marketing department, scheduling site visits, photography, and trade shows
  • Assist with IT department on Microsoft system updates
  • Providing administrative support for President/CEO, Director of Investment Sales and other team members including booking travel, scheduling meetings, and assisting in special projects
  • Handling employee appreciation events and catering
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining relationships with vendor providers
  • Assisting with marketing activities such as email campaigns, social media, event planning

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines
  • A desire to work within a collaborative, fast-paced and driven professional environment
  • Interest/experience in marketing is a plus
  • BA/BS preferred but not required

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary based on experience
