Business Development Manager (BDM), Residential and Commercial Property Management

Position Overview
The BDM will be responsible for growing our market share in multi-tenant residential and commercial office applications
Responsibilities
– Educate Architects, Engineers, Developers, Property Managers and Contractors on the benefits of
VIZpin and get our products specified on new construction and upgrade projects
– Educate clients on how to configure and use the system
– Support our Certified Partners who are installing the products
– Help Marketing with trade shows, case studies and training materials
Skills and Experience
– Success driven
– Resourceful and creative
– Excellent communicator and well organized
– At least 5 years outside sales in property management or construction industry
– Able to travel at least 50% of the time
– Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
– Comfortable in a fast paced, rapidly changing, hard working environment
Compensation
– Base commensurate with experience
– No cap on commissions
