Business Manager General Summary

Under the immediate supervision of the Community Manager, the Business Manager is responsible for assisting Community Manager with all aspects of managing the community.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Community Manager in the process of Accounts Receivable
  • Collect HOA dues and post all HOA payments as received.
  • Be the Liaison between HOA and Corporate for all HOA related items
  • Assist the Leasing Team with traffic generation and tours.
  • Assist with closing of tours by asking for the sale
  • Ensure all HOA and online applications are taken care of quickly and efficiently
  • Have an in-depth understanding of site leasing trends, traffic patterns and product availability.
  • Ensure all sales & leasing models are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance and proactively communicate any problems to the appropriate party to address
  • Assist with monitoring renewals and ensure they are updated regularly.
  • Assist with the collection of rental income for the Asst. Manager to post.
  • Administer tenant leases and maintain good tenant relations; review, understand and enforce lease terms. Communicate with tenants to address their needs and resolve any issues. Ensure the proper execution of all screening procedures
  • Accept rental payments and post rents to resident accounts. Maintain resident ledgers for accuracy
  • Completes other tasks as directed and assigned.
  • Provide support and assistance to all customer related issues at the community

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
