Leads and manages all aspects of the business office including billing, collections, resident trust accounting, payroll and accounts payable/receivable functions. Performs HR functions to include record retention, on-boarding and orientation, and supervises the receptionist staff. Supports business development and assists with marketing inquiries and tours. Develops and manages relationships with residents, families, visitors and vendors.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred
Minimum of two years related experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in a skilled nursing or assisted living community
Strong background in billing, accounting, and financial management to include Medicaid billing
Proficient computer skills to include Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Prior supervisor experience in a business office setting preferred
Must provide exceptional customer service, be self-motivated, exhibit professionalism, be highly motivated and possess a good attitude
Demonstrate good communication and public relations skills
