We’re looking for a Business/Property Manager to work for a Privately Owned 188 unit apartment community at 5505 N. Himes Ave. (Himes and Hillsborough). It is a great vintage community with a staff of 5.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 w/an hour lunch. Saturdays are occasional to cover the leasing person if needed.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Receive and receipt payments; post and reconcile payments to ledgers.
- Balances daily batches and reports.
- Send out any late notices as required by the lease.
- Process all residents for eviction as required lease and company policy.
- Performs a variety of general clerical duties, including telephone reception, mail distribution, and other routine functions.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Enter all daily business as required to complete reports for the prior day.
- Complete all owner reports.
- Schedule vendors as necessary to preform make ready and projects at community.
- Approve and submit community invoices to accounting.
- Review weekly accounting and collections reports to send to home office.
- Process and scan deposits to the bank daily.
- Go through delinquents and pre-pays to ensure the amounts are correct and make adjustments as needed.
- Answer all incoming calls.
- Lease community and ensure community is at 95% or above.
- Assist prospects over the phone or in person.
- Oversee and train all staff, human resource needs, etc.

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
