Salary/Pay Rate: 11.00 Employment Type: Contract
Job Description: The basic function of this position is to respond to incoming member inquires, including but not limited to; home banking, banking branch services, and lending request. Incumbent will advise members of procedures in product utilization, assist with E-Commerce and E-Business inquires, Credit and Debit inquiries, perform back-office teller services, assist with mortgage and home equity inquires, provide sales and service, assist with payment services and set up and respond to IRA inquires. Incumbent will also open tickets, be responsible for providing loan information, processing loan applications and underwriting those applicants according to client guidelines while maintaining performance standards. Incumbent will be required to follow customized Financial Institution?s process and procedures in responding to all banking branch products and services.
Requirements and Qualifications: You must have at least 1 year of call center experience and be able to work a flexible schedule that may include nights ( could be up until midnight) and weekends. This position is paying $11.00/hour
