Customer Rewards is a leading Outbound Call Center that has been in the Brandon/Tampa area for almost 20 years. We are not your average call center; our company was founded as a place where people WANT to work while having the freedom to enjoy what they love! We are currently looking for experienced out-bound all-star candidates to join our expanding Rewards Team! We focus on customer service and pride ourselves on our production rates! We are looking for a self-motivated individual who wants to advance his/her own skills and work alongside a professional team of Producers! If you are tired of working the typical 9-5 grind and want to earn what you’re worth this is the place for you. We provide two weeks of paid training at $10 per hour with increasing to $16 per hour on your 15th day of employment. We dial exclusive leads with no cold calling. You must have a “go-getter” attitude.
Responsibilities:
– Team members must have a positive upbeat attitude
– Ability to speak clearly and follow our sales model (be teachable)
– Consistently meet or exceed the hourly appointment setting guidelines
– Reliable Transportation
– Dial outbound and receive inbound
– 100 plus calls per day (lots of opportunity)
Qualifications:
A positive, friendly and energetic personality.
Strong communication skills: you must be able to maintain a high volume of outbound calls and be able to establish adequate rapport with consumers.
A good work ethic and strong drive to perform well. If you’re highly competitive, that’s definitely a plus. Our team always likes to win!
Multi-tasking skills and the ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
Computer savvy: the ability to type fast and demonstrate adequate speed using company software, internet tasks, and Microsoft Office programs.
The ability to collaborate well with others in a team.
Previous SALES and customer service background required
