| Supplemental Job Information | The position performs duties associated with upkeep of campus grounds and buildings at assigned location. Duties include but are not limited to: (1) Moves furniture and equipment as required and (2) Assists with special set-ups for campus events. (3) Knowledge of computers windows based (4) Replace plumbing fixtures such as commercial commodes (5) Basic Knowledge of electrical repair, lamps, ballast, switches and outlets. (6) Able to lift 40 – 60 pounds (7) Climb ladders (8) Minor indoor and outdoor painting (9) Hang interior and exterior doors and door frames (10) Order and replace broken and missing ceramic tile. (11) Repair holes in existing walls. (12) Replace baseboards. (13) Basic Knowledge of electrical repair, lamps, ballast, switches and outlets. (14) Performs other similar and related duties as assigned |
