Job Description:
Resource Requirements (CCNP-Voice desirable or equivalent):CCVP Experience working in an enterprise environment Must be familiar with change control and troubleshooting methodologies for Cisco Voice Monitor the environment and respond to alerts Resolve issues with voice applications (Call Manager) and infrastructure (Gateways)  Escalate issues with vendors including carriers, manufacturers, and service providers Fulfill requests for installations, changes in configurations, coverage paths, etc. Perform implementations and roll-outs Maintain accurate documentation Support and maintain the Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connection, Voice gateway – Nortel Experience a Plus
