Central Florida Retail Territory Manager
General Description of Position
Responsible for supporting King of Fans sales via comprehensive, world class support and training to retail customers and retail stores.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· In the assigned territory, provide store service and support on King of Fans retail ceiling fan and landscape lighting.
· Present training seminars to retail accounts
Audiences range in size from less than 10 to over 50.
· Ensure proper merchandising in a big box retail environment.
· Analyze data and speak with management on sales trends, market conditions, product enhancements and merchandising opportunities.
· Write and submit reports needed to highlight problems at retail stores and product issues
· Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Position Qualifications
Skills and Abilities
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to develop strong working relationships with retail store managers and teams.
· Be able to work independently with outstanding organization skills.
· Previous sales or service experience preferred.
· Self-motivated and energetic personality with a desire to service the customer.
· Effectively communicates information and responds in person to person and small group situations with customers, associates, and other employees of the organization.
· Reads and understands documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
· Plans time, method, manner, and sequence of own work.
Education and Experience
· High School Graduate, College Degree preferred
· Three to five years sales or service or related electrical industry experience.
Computer Skills
· Intermediate: Excel, PowerPoint
· Basic: Database, word processing/typing

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is:
· Continually required to walk, stand, talk, or hear.
· Frequently required to travel long distances via car and occasional air travel.

· Some physical activity including, but not limited to, lifting a minimum of 50 pounds, pushing, or pulling objects and bending. Ability to climb a ladder and work in elevated places.
