Full Job Description
Due to unprecedented growth in our Florida market, we are looking to add
additional appraisers to our current roster.
We have fully independent split fee positions for appraisers that may just want to add a
few assignments to their workflow. We also have and Independent-staff hybrid positions
with added benefits for appraisers with greater availability.
INDEPENDENT SPLIT FEE APPRAISER
– Higher-than-average fee split
– Monthly performance bonus
– E&O Coverage
– Administrative appointment scheduling (if requested)
– Reviewer on staff to assist with complex assignments.
– Our administrative team will provide all the “back end” work.
– Appraisers are paid on all orders submitted during pay period whether fees have
been collected from clients.
– Orders based on your preferred coverage area and availability
– Referral Bonus for new clients
– Referral bonus for new appraiser referral (After 90-day provisional period)
– Our full-time staff manages the day-to-day operations. This frees you up to do
what you do best, APPRAISE PROPERTIES!
SPLIT FEE-STAFF HYBRID APPRAISER
– higher-than-average fee split

– Mileage Stipend
– Internet Stipend
– Cell Phone Stipend
– Total Alamode Subscription
– Total Titan Subscription
– MLS Access
– Data master
– Administrative scheduling (if requested)
– Payroll processed on 1st and 15th of each month.
– Reviewer on staff to assist with complex assignments.
– Orders based on your communicated coverage area
– Appraisers are paid on all orders submitted during pay period whether fees have
been collected from clients.

*Basic Requirements*
– Must have a Certified Real Estate Appraiser License (*Active*)
– 3 years appraisal experience (Preferred)
– Communicate effectively.
– Perform independently and consistently.
– Handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
– A clean appraisal record (no Exclusionary lists)
