Full Job Description
We are looking for motivated State Certified Real Estate Appraisers to join our team in Pinellas County, FL (Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Clearwater, Largo, St. Pete). Make great money working from home. We can provide a consistent order flow of 25-30 orders a month at a competitive price point. Qualifying appraisers would tier up to that number based on performance. Have your own errors & omission, MLS, writing software and you’re up. There would be a 3 month trial with optional extension after. Be okay with signing non-compete/non-solicitation. Certified Residential and above only, please. Please send resumes for consideration.
Responsibilities
Produce credible and viable results for clients and other intended users. You will be responsible for aggregating, analyzing, interpreting and reporting on appraisal data.
- Conduct formal appraisals of real property or land before it is sold, mortgaged, taxed, insured, or developed
- Evaluate properties to establish market values and property ratings using internal and external sources
- Make on-site visits, inspect property and interview clients
- Examine all variables that impact the property’s present or future value (comparable home sales, previous sales records, future developments, etc)
- Prepare reports that fully explain assessment results and outline methods used
- Document procedure and backup data
- Keep abreast with all current regulations, standards and best practices
Skills
- Proven working experience as a real estate appraiser
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and MLS, WIN TOTAL, ACI, or other relevant software
- Familiarity with all current industry’s regulations, rules, and standards
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- A licensed or certified appraiser
- BS degree in relevant field
