Position: Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser / Extremely competitive fee split
Description: We are growing and looking for an experienced Licensed or Certified Appraiser. We are not an AMC, we are a Real Estate Appraisal Company located in Miami, Florida. If you love appraising but find it difficult to grow and maintain a steady client base in an ever-changing industry, our firm can help.
As an Appraiser on our team, you will be able to work independently within your current coverage area. Our team will help you grow the business through company training and marketing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Provide high-quality appraisals
· Work and communicate with support staff to deliver appraisals on time.
· Maintain USPAP and State approved Work Files
· Maintain Good Relations with Clients.
· Office Duties – Email, Processing, & Scheduling (Assistance is available for moderate to high volume areas)
Skills & Experience Required:
· Working knowledge of real estate appraisals including understanding of the three generally accepted approaches to value (cost, market and income approaches). This includes the ability to perform trend analysis on data relating to market conditions and real property.
· Thorough knowledge of the real estate market, neighborhoods and market trends that exist within this position’s assigned geographic location.
· Excellent Writing & Communication Skills
· MS Office: Excel, OneDrive, Outlook and Word.
· Knowledge of Alamode Total preferred
· High-Speed Internet (No DSL or Satellite)
· Reliable Transportation and insurance
· Office Equipment, Computers, laptops, tablets, printers, phones, etc.
· Self motivated independent worker
Must be a Certified Residential or General Appraiser
Pay will be based on level of experience.
