The first 9 floors are parking garage and 20 floors of multi-tenant space. There is a Property Manager, Property Administrator, Chief and 2 building engineers. There will be upgrades and renovations to the property.
Obviously, we need to see experience, knowledge and leadership that warrants a Chief Engineer role. HVAC, plumbing, life safety, repair, maintenance, etc.
5-7 years experience and any certificates or licensure would be ideal.
