Church Administrative Professional Job Duties:
- Answer phones and respond to church emails
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Ensures/maintains/storage of printed materials
- I.E. – Posters, fliers
- Recruit and trains volunteers
- Office supplies and equipment
- Manages Legacy database
- Prepares reports from various software
- QuickBooks, Excel, Word, etc.
- Troubleshoots technology Issues
- Posts on Social Media
