Established downtown St. Petersburg law firm is seeking a full time litigation paralegal to handle all civil litigation cases (business, commercial, real estate, product liability).
Must have knowledge and ability to assist in drafting Complaints, Summons and all litigation stages including: pleadings, discovery, and motion practice. Must be highly organized to handle document intensive cases. Must have expertise in e-filing and e-service in Florida.
Skills and Qualities: Candidate needs to be a self-initiator is invested in the success of the firm as a whole. Works without direction, but also works under the direct supervision of attorneys. Looking for a team player.
