Claims Supervisor – Homeowners Property – Job Description
Our client, an A-Rated Insurance Carrier, is currently seeking a Homeowners’ Property Claims Supervisor to work out of their Tampa/St. Petersburg, FL office. This person would be responsible for overseeing a team of 4 to 6 Homeowners’ Property Claims Examiners who are handling mid to complex property losses from inception to close.

Claims Supervisor – Homeowners Property – Qualifications
Required:
- 5 to 15+ years of Homeowners’ Property claims handling experience
- 3 to 10+ years of Homeowners’ Property Supervisor/Management experience
- Strong leadership and customer services skills
- Must hold an active Florida Adjusters’ License
- Strong analytic and problems solving skills
Preferred:
- Xactimate Estimating System as related to reviewing estimates
