Lakeshore Management Inc. is a National Mobile Home operator in 12 states that is seeking motivated, hardworking and career minded individuals to join our great team of professionals. We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to assist in all phases of the operation of the property: general administration, maintenance, leasing, resident relations, collection of rent, and control of all personnel and resources, so the property is maintained at all times in good physical condition and with a stabilized fiscal operation.
Responsibilities, Requirements and Skills:
- Collect rents and work delinquent accounts;
- Make rent deposits, post rent payments;
- Process invoices for payment;
- Maintain records, reports and files;
- Assist with eviction in rent agreement violation cases;
- Process utility reads;
- Prepare and process leases and related forms;
- Resolve customer and public complaints;
- Assist in planning resident activities;
- Move-ins/Move-outs, giving special attention to mobile home inspections prior to move-in;
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required;
- 3 years of related management experience in retail, hospitality or property management preferred;
- Knowledge of collection process preferred;
- Knowledge of computer systems is a must. Proficiency in rent management based software preferred;
- Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays, and able to adapt in a fast paced and ever-changing environment;
- It is expected and required that all business practices are conducted in accordance with company policy and procedure;
- Adhere to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing and management maintenance services.
Compensation:
Salary is negotiable depending on previous experience. This position is non-exempt, part -time and not benefits eligible.
