Student Housing Community near USF seeking a qualified full-time clerical assistant. The correct candidate will be in charge of administrative and leasing support for the office. Specific job requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to management
  • Type and check leases on a daily basis
  • Answer phone calls and tenant inquiries
  • Maintain accurate tenant files
  • Knowledge of graphic design to create marketing materials

Requirements:

  • Strong emphasis on organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability and willingness to multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with various computer programs, including but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and various internet applications.
  • Demonstrates interpersonal skills by effectively communicating with all levels of management, employees, tenants, and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.

Experience:

Should have at least 2 years’ experience in an office setting. Leasing experience and college credentials preferred but not required. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
