Nationally recognized real estate company is seeking to fill a clerical / bookkeeping / customer service position for our Pinellas County office.
Opportunity for a very diversified position.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Answering phones for busy, fast-paced office
Bookkeeping – Invoicing, Cash receipts, Accounts payable, Account reconciliation
Customer Service – Tenant Management, rentals, maintenance requests, etc.
Administrative Duties
Responsibility for bookkeeping including but not limited to bank reconciliation, commercial taxes, and client statements. In addition candidate will the have opportunity to work on property management side attending to tenants requests.
Minimum requirements:
– 2 to 3 years bookkeeping experience.
– QuickBooks experience a must.
– Knowledge of MS Office.
Normal hours are Monday – Friday 9:30AM – 4:30PM.
Salary based on experience and qualifications
PTO is available but no health insurance or benefits offered.
