Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and maintain relationships with decision makers (mid-level executives, directors, CIO’s, Project Managers, CTO’s)
- Generate, negotiate, and close opportunities through networking and prospecting both cold and warm accounts
- Identify project-based staffing needs and qualify budgets, timelines and the decision-making process
- Effectively communicate via telephone in a high-volume environment
- Ensure client satisfaction through ongoing communication and feedback
- Communicate with clients to conduct reference checks on consultants and generate future leads
- Facilitate the processing of all necessary paperwork such as contracts and employee documents
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to facilitate consultants’ presentation to the clients
Qualifications:
- Effective, enthusiastic, and well-developed phone skills
- Demonstrated effective negotiation and closing techniques
- Positive attitude and high energy level
- Results and incentive driven; motivated to meet long and short term goals
- Previous sales experience preferred
