Client Services Manager (Scheduler)
The Client Services Manager (Scheduler) position is full-time, and your job responsibilities would include:
- Schedule the perfect caregiver for each of our clients
- Work with clients and their families to make sure that all care is being delivered as needed
- Utilize computer software during scheduling process
- Deliver exceptional customer support to all clients and caregivers
- Compliance documentation and filing upkeep
- Have Fun!
To be a great fit for this position, you should:
- Enjoy talking on the phone (heavy phone use is required)
- Like solving puzzles and get satisfaction when you solve one
- Exceptional customer service skills, detail oriented, and a self-starter
