Client Services Manager (Scheduler)

 

The Client Services Manager (Scheduler) position is full-time, and your job responsibilities would include:

  • Schedule the perfect caregiver for each of our clients
  • Work with clients and their families to make sure that all care is being delivered as needed
  • Utilize computer software during scheduling process
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to all clients and caregivers
  • Compliance documentation and filing upkeep
  • Have Fun!

To be a great fit for this position, you should:

  • Enjoy talking on the phone (heavy phone use is required)
  • Like solving puzzles and get satisfaction when you solve one
  • Exceptional customer service skills, detail oriented, and a self-starter
