Client Services Representative (CSR) – Homeowners Choice (Tampa)

SUMMARY: :
The Client Services Representative : provides exceptional service to clients and agents, generally via telephone, email, and fax communications. Processes transactions relative to requests by agents, accounting, potential clients, and other internal staff. Courteously and effectively answer up to 80 calls per day.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet the business needs.

• Builds and maintains business relationships by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer satisfaction
• Provides training and assistance to team members when requested by supervisor
• Processes transactions relative to client files and agency licensing
• Utilizes software to track, gather information, and answer inquiries

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with an occasional Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet
• Works well in a team environment
• Constant sitting, computer and telephone usage

EDUCATION /TRAINING:

• High School Diploma, two years at an accredited college preferable
• One year or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience
• Insurance 4-40 License (Certified or acquired within 60 days of employment)
